Virtual Event Refund Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your registration for Create Your Dream Home training, we will issue you a refund less a $125 non-refundable processing fee any time up to 3o days prior to the start of the course.
Cancellations or transfers made within 3o days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund. Instead, the registration may be applied to any True Colour Expert or Create Your Dream Home training held within the following 12 calendar months. A $500 non-refundable transfer fee will apply to any cancellations or transfers made within 30 days prior to the start of the course.
Once our virtual live events are completed we do not offer any refunds.
In-Person Event Cancellation & Transfer Policy

eDesign Colour Consultation Refund Policy
Things come up in life, situations get altered or sometimes we just change our mind – it happens. Our eDesign team is here to make you happy and we are committed to complete client satisfaction. So, if within 90 days of your purchase, and PRIOR to submitting your information, you change your mind, we will provide a refund less a 5% administrative fee or $25, whichever is greater.
After 90 days, or once you have initiated the consultation process by submitting your information (questionnaire, photos, etc.), we can no longer provide a refund.
