So much easier to say than it is to actually do. And what I know for sure is when all of the above actually are aligned–more often than not–that’s when you automatically love yourself too!

It's so true.
And when we're happy… life is beautiful.
Happy Autumn day 🙂
That is too cute.
Very true! That picture is just adorable too.
Standing next to a river in Paradise Valley in Montana I knew I knew the sound.
How? It was my first trip to Montana.
Took me a few hours to ponder the river sound.
It was the sound of fall leaves blown across a sidewalk.
Odd but true.

I love fall. The leaves are starting to come down from our trees already. I'm not looking forward to all the raking in November.
But I don't want it to be fall yet…..I didn't have a summer. Isn't that the way it's supposed to work? Not this year!
Hi Lovely Maria!
Thank-you for the reminder about harmony, balance ad integrity. Being in alignment in intentions and practice is happiness. You are absolutely RIGHT!
The first day of fall!!!!! My fav…lets look for the beauty that is around us today…..
Thanks for your inspiring blog Maria!

Christian is loving your post today. He saw the baby in the leaves and said "I like this." hahaha beautiful words to try to live by.

Maria,
We forget that we actually have four opportunities during the year to change. No need to rush and it's a gentle thing that's constant like our hearts beating.
Like the child above, it's a great reminder to be childlike in our awareness. Then everything we think, say and do is balanced and fun.
Thanks Maria great reminder!

Fall in Vancouver BC is particularly beautiful (and, we were fortunate to have a great summer this year). One of my favourite books is "Daughter of Copper Woman" by Ann Cameron. I think the changing leaves are a sign from Copper Woman to keep the home fires (candles, usually) burning. Gloria Lemay

I'm also in denial about Fall, and it's so incredibly hot here still that I'm desperately trying to re-mix some summer outfits.
