I recently posted about the Ultimate Upcycle Challenge and how I had picked up this little end table from Habitat for Humanity as my upcycle project.
Before
Well I am not super handy with a hammer or a glue gun but I can wield a paintbrush that’s for sure! So I chose a dreary end table and turned it into a happy kelly green shade! Does this colour look familiar? It’s also the exact same colour as my front door.
Here’s the after! I’m calling it my Kate Spade End Table because her signature colour is  kelly green + colour, I love the fresh combination including orange and yellow!
After
So my lovelies, I need your vote! Click here to see all the other fabulous upcycled projects by my fellow bloggers!
I’ll be speaking at BC Place at the Vancouver Home + Design Show this weekend! Â Post a comment below to win two tickets to the Show! I’ll announce the winners Thursday!

You got my vote. I love kelly green!
I’ll second that vote! Your talents never cease to amaze me, Maria 🙂 Might you share the brand & color of green paint, thanks?

It is fabulous, Maria! What is the color and by whom? I’m voting for you now.
Yours was definitely the most fabulous!
Maria, that is absolutely fabulous!!! What a beautiful transformation! I wish you would share your steps with us — sanding, primer, how many coats, etc.
Fabulous transformation Maria! If you ever have seen IKEA catalogues of early 70-es this design and kelly green was the hit of collections. Vibrant colors were in vogue and still are despite of all 50 shades of gray.
LOVE IT! Great color and great styling..heading to vote now..good luck!
Would like to vote for you, but I am not on Facebook!
Well, that was easy!

Earlier today I was very quickly looking at the Vancouver Home Show website.. saw the recycled stuff…saw the Kelly Green table and just loved it. I had NO idea it was yours didn’t even realize it was an Upscale Challenge. Just went to the their site again and had a good laugh when I saw that it was yours. Now on your site and see you need votes. I voted for you 🙂
