Since we’re less than two weeks away from the Home & Garden Weekend at Park Royal Mall South in West Vancouver I thought I should let you know (in case you are local) and ask you to please come and visit me!! I would love to talk to you, answer your questions and help you with your decorating dilemmas!
It’s being held Saturday, April 17 starting at 12:00 pm (noon) and goes until Sunday, April 18, 5:00 pm. The Spring home show was cancelled due to the Olympics this year so it’ll be a mini show here instead.
Then the following weekend I’m flying to Brooklyn for the Spring International Colour Marketing Group Conference April 24 – 27, 2010. I’m not going to High Point this Spring (it was right before) because I didn’t know anyone that was going and it seemed so big and intimidating (I know so silly). My plan is to go in the Fall instead!

Then on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 27 I am flying to Washington DC, to visit one of my favourite, beautiful and highly talented blogger and designer friends Lauren (above) at Pure Style Home – Yaay, I can hardly wait!! We will spend a couple days together and I’ll be flying back home on Thursday, April 29!
She just posted this image from her living room a few days ago to show us her festive Easter pillow, I love it!
Maybe I’ll see some of you in my travels!!

Wow. That's some serious traveling this month. Are you going to Washington just to see your friend? Have fun. All that wonderful traveling for work. Definitely feeling like the stay at home suburban house mama today!

I'll be back and forth from High Point for this month's market — it's always a terrible time for me because it coincides with my twins' birthday and a big volunteer event I'm involved with. October works out much better for me, though, so I spend longer there.
