Absolutely. My eDesign services are completely virtual, so you can get expert colour and design advice no matter where you live. All you need is access to email and the ability to send photos. I’ll guide you through every step, just like I do with local clients—only from the comfort of your own home.

Absolutely! Just include photos of the items you want to keep, taken in natural daylight with white paper for reference.

Use your smartphone and one of our recommended apps (Google Photos, Flickr, or SmugMug) to create an album. Take photos in natural daylight, with all lights off and no flash. Detailed instructions can be found below:

All recommendations come directly from Maria. Our team organizes her advice and supports you throughout the process.

You’ll get a personalized PDF presentation with Maria’s expert colour and finish recommendations, including specific brands, product links, and clear instructions for testing. Everything is tailored to your space and style.

To keep things efficient, we ask for all your info and photos upfront. Most clients get everything they need in the initial presentation. If you need more feedback, you can purchase additional support time.

You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire and idea board, so Maria understands your style and preferences. She’ll explain her selections and provide testing instructions. If you need tweaks, you can share your results for further advice.

Maria offers a money-back guarantee if you’re not happy after she’s had a chance to adjust her recommendations. Refunds for unused consultations are available within 90 days (minus a small admin fee). No refunds after the process has started unless Maria can adjust her advice.

We provide easy instructions and recommend helpful YouTube videos for sharing photos. If you need extra help, just let us know.

No. You only need to get paint samples from your local store in the colours Maria recommends. Full instructions are included.

Maria’s process is designed to be supportive, straightforward, and empowering-so you can feel confident every step of the way.

First, check your Maria Killam account at mariakillam.com/my-account/ to see if your book is listed in your Downloads. To access, log in with your email address. Click Lost your password if you need to reset it. Once you are logged in, click on Downloads. The books should be listed there.

If your book is not available in your Maria Killam account, you must send proof of purchase to admin@mariakillam.com so we can locate your eBook and send it to you. Because this is a digital product, if you do not have proof of purchase we are unable to send you another eBook.

Both of Maria’s eBooks are currently formatted as a PDF.

Within moments of checking out of Maria’s shopping cart you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. This email will contain the clickable link you need in order to begin downloading your PDF.

If you don’t receive an email within several minutes of checking out, please check your spam or promotions folder.

You can also try logging in with your email address at mariakillam.com/my-account/ to see if your eBooks are in the downloads section. If you cannot remember your password, click Lost your password to reset it.

Maria gives all of her live training students copies of both eBooks with their registration. However, if you already own a copy of one or both of the eBooks we do not offer an additional discount on another product. When you register for a Specify Colour with Confidence live, virtual workshop, you’ll receive the most up-to-date versions of the eBooks.

However, if you already own a copy of one or both of the eBooks we do not offer an additional discount on another product. Even if you have read the eBooks prior to enrolling in the two-day workshop, it’s important that you re-read them before your event date.

When you click on iBooks the bookcase shows headings across the top left corner: “Store” or “Collections.” Click “Collections” and a pop-up window will show the options, “Books” and “PDFs.” One of these options will have a checkmark to indicate the format you are currently viewing.

If you click “PDF” the image of a bookcase will flip around and all your PDFs will be located on the shelves. Conversely, when you want to view your eBooks in a “Reader” format, click “Books” and the bookcase will turn again to show your Apple iBooks. Look in the iTunes folder under Books. Sync to reinstall.

There are a few reasons for an aborted download. Your computer could have a download limit which can be adjusted in your settings. You could have a slow internet connection that drops your download. If your computer goes to sleep during the download, it could interrupt the process.

Keep working on your computer for the duration of the download to keep it awake.
